Sorry, guys. I know I have been mostly away for a while now; I haven't been much of a webmaster lately, have I?

Well, I hope you can forgive me and appreciate the circumstances. As it stands, my long, rigorous training spree is over and hopefully bodes very well for my career and future resume. Also, we will be talking with owners regarding first quarter bonuses on Thursday and that might be quite the salve for my wounded tired soul and body.

Of course, I couldn't have continued this schedule long-term, so it is good to have the training behind, and the final trip to Columbus (headquarters) in the past. I've come home to no more home work and more new hires, and best of all the return of one of our managers who has been recovering from back surgery. This means a return to more sane hours and five day weeks! Yippee!

If this hadn't happened, I am afraid I was going to have to bow out and pursue other things. I was missing my kids and my hubby too much. Not worth it. Nope, not at all.

So, I have much catching up here to do. How is everyone?

Well Congratulations to you that everything is settling down. I was wondering what had happened to you. Kind of been quiet around here without you.

On a personal note, I just returned from NYC, visiting my son. I had a great 5 days there. Got to see the POPE, unexpectedly, while there. Also, caught 2 Broadway shows and did lots of shopping. Of all the times I'm in the city, I had never gone down to Chinatown and Little Italy. It was quite the experience. I think Chinatown should be renamed to "5 dolla - town" !! Sunglasses....t-shirts....and caps, all were $5.

I returned this past Tuesday and I had a difficult time saying goodbye to my boy. He's doing well. I was pretty down for the first two days after returning and shed a few tears, but I'm getting back into the "swing of things".

I'm now the proud grandparent of a pomeranian he got this past Monday !! My first Granddog !! LOL Her name is "Broadway". Father and daughter (dog) is doing just fine.

Hey, I know what you mean about the tears. You are not the only one. It's like when I have my sons here for more than one day, it's soooo hard to leave after I take them back to mom's. And it's still like this when they are grown, eh? Sigh...
