I'm back up online and the house is slowly coming together. I see a few things wrong in the decor here at our house on GayFatherhood though. It appears that all of our logos have disappeared at the top and I'll have to try to figure that out.

My assumption is that our former techie guy has forgotten and let those be deleted from his photobucket albums or something. I have copies of these images, but I'm not really a web master. I just play one on the internet. Sigh... Still I can hunt and peck my way through html codes, so I'll see what I can do about trying to hook those links and logos back up as I have time. Maybe the Wizard can help me.

Meanwhile, I've missed you guys! And I'll eventually put up some more pictures of the new house.

Okay, I've figured out how to get some of the logo links above onto the pages, including the home page , but I can't figure out how to get in and get things changed on the top of Eve's Forum page. Sigh...

And for some reason the main logo that I saved is saved too small and looks pixel-ated when I try to add it to the top. I could really use some help.

Anyone know a good web designer who has time and will to do some work gratis?

Wait! Okay, there is HOPE! Obiwan Kenobi is NOT our only hope! I used the Force, Luke and got the logo back on the home page.

You just gotta be smarter than your image size. ;-) Still, I need to figure out how to get the logo and all that onto the style sheets and eventually onto the forum page.

if you're linking via a CSS which I'm thinking you are as most forums are, they normally require Div ID's, without the appropriate Div ID you will get no formatting, however if you use them for everything you can do like festive themes, like Christmas colors, or whatever.
Be careful with images, sometimes they will have height and width numbers, if you specify a pixel size and then try to fit it into a smaller box, the web server will stretch the image, basically take a picture of it, and then shrink it up, making it look horrible, you need to make sure you resample your images when you want to change their size.
