okay guys I need help! 30 Minutes before court closed today the mother of my son and her attorney filed an emergency protective order, accussing me of sexually abusing my son, previously my son's attorney had recommended to the courts that I have full custody and she only get every other weekend, the final court hearing was set for this monday October 15th, I know and my son's attorney knows this is a last ditch effort of a desperate woman, trying to regain full custody, but how do I disprove these allegations when a three year old is involved? Any suggestions?

3. Honestly, I never experienced this in my own divorce and custody issues. I was fortunate in the sense that my kids were older and ultimately had the choice where they live. Fortunately, it was with me !!

Sorry, after I moved it I tried to respond but it got messed, up so I'll just respond again briefly.

I was fortunate to have a good relationship with my ex-wife, though that too took a lot of work and patience. She defended me and my abilities as a good father to her church people who seem to instantly equate gay with pervert.

You seem to have been surprised by these allegations out of the blue. What brought them on, if you know? And what proof, if any does she think she'll try to show?

As Jeff said, you need the help of a good lawyer. How much time do you have to search if you need one? Have you tried googling for ones in your area that might specialize in GLBT court cases, particularly custody cases.
