Went to court on the allegations that I had sexually molested my son, the final word of the judge to the mother of my son was that " You have proven nothing except you know how to lie and your witnesses know how to lie, and they're not very good at that" Give the man his son, you have two hours.

After that she called the Amicus Attorney, and called her everything except a human being. My son's mother not realizing that the conversation was being recorded. So when they went back to court to find out her punishment for making the false allegations, the Amicus Attorney played the tape for the judge. Final decision is I have full custody, she gets to see him every other saturday for two hours only, and it must be supervised.

Congratulations. It's good to hear when the law really does support justice, and that an innocent man can still be found innocent, despite the social prejudice and a history of equating gayness with perversion.

Best wishes to you and your son this season. We can only hope that his mother somehow sees reason. If not, we can be glad he has a good father.

....Wow....you must be so very happy, elated, delighted and relieved. Christmas has come early for your family. It is wonderful to see the judiciary recognize the rights of the father...gay or straight, and the lengths another parent and friends will go to, to destroy that relationship and damage the child they claim to love.

I am very happy for you Andy....and trust yu will have the opportunity now over the coming months and years to be the father you know he deserves, and perhaps in time his mother will see sense, realize her misdemeanor in that respect and put the welfare and the well being of her son first.

I don't know if you can or want to understand or forgive her for what she has done...but trust you can move on and look forward despite what you have had to go through to get there.
