Has anyone else here tried the Sudoku puzzle? It's like a number based crossword puzzle - kinda.

I was given a book of the puzzles the last time I traveled and have been consumed with finishing every puzzle in the book. LOL

Just wanted to see if anyone else had jumped into this new craze.

You know, I saw those at Christmas times, various Sudoku puzzles and games, but I really didn't know enough about them. I think that my ten year old is nuts enough about numbers that he might just like it.

Me? I'm terrible with numbers. But that's a depressing conversation that belongs under financial concerns. frightened

I love Sudoku! I bought a version for my laptop and PC as well as one for my smartphone. I think it would be safe to say that I'm pretty much hooked. There are different degrees of difficulty ranging from "Beginner" to "Diabolical". Big Grin

David, that's no reason to worry. It's all about logic and not about numbers. There are various 'skins' on the programme - one is nine different colours and one is nine different types of ball (baseball, football, beachball, etc.). Starting with a 9x9 grid, you just have to make sure you've got one of each of the nine different objects in every row, column and each of nine 3x3 squares.

Fa-bull-us (as they say here in South Wales). Razzer
