Hi, my name is Mark, Im 32 and I am a single guy that has always dreamt about having a family. I find that a lot of my friebnds don't understand me because I guess it is not what a lot of gay guys want here in the city. Oh, believe me, Mark, there are guys out there looking for someone who wants a family. Just be happy in your own skin first (hey, I'm a dad, I cannot help handing out the wisdom ), and you'll probably do well.

I would guess that you'll find more guys like the ones you're looking for at local GLBT or Lamda groups than you'll find in the bars (there I go again!). In any case, welcome and best of luck in your quest for love and a family.

Hey Mark - I think its perfectly normal for a gay guy to want to have kids. I always wanted to have kids and even though I had a pretty good suspicion that I was gay I thought that only straight guys had kids. But today that is no longer the case due to many other options and (I guess) a society that is much more accepting of same sex couples (even though I am not naive enough to believe this fairy tale is on par with hetero couples for acceptance).

So you go find a another great guy who is on the same page...I know you will!
