My post was "different"...is that a good thing?

I'm not your average bear, so to speak. I probably have some views that are out of left field, but then again my experiences and background are not exactly typical either.

The Universe deals the cards to us...yeah I'll go with that. But its how we play the hand. Do you play cards at all? Some times we play and all the cards fall into place and you're sittin' pretty. Other days, someone else seems to be holding the aces. But the key word in here is PLAY. Numbers are simply that...numbers. You can make them mean anything you want. You can twist statistics to fit any point of view (looks at polls!). The numbers can mean there are lots of people out there who are lonely and looking and waiting for a guy like you to walk into their life, or it can mean that its hopeless trying to find someone. Which sounds better?

I believe that the Universe provides you with everything you need at that moment to take care of you, from the people around you to the circumstances that surround you. The Universe (substitute whatever Supreme Being, etc) doesn't give you challenges and lessons that you can't handle. As long as one is open to all that is possible and available in the Universe, then anything really IS possible. You just have to create it, dream it and be it. How's that for left field? Would you like milk with your corn flakes?

You have friends here and elsewhere in your life to lift you up when you need a boost. Be open, be willing to play the game...I promise you a shift is coming.
