We've talked about it for a while and this week we managed to get a date set. Of course, in the UK we'd only be able to have a civil partnership registered. So we're going to fly to Toronto where we can be legally married (most of my relatives are near there, anyway).

Bill and I will be entering the state of Holy Matrimony (yep, a real live church wedding) on 8 July 2006 - six years and one day after we first met!

I haven't managed to get this soppy grin off my face since we booked the church. I can't wait!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS friend....yahooooooooooo good to hear that you guys have worked this out. David and I are getting hitched(formally and legally this time!!) in a civil partnership ceremony on the 31st of December 2005 in Belfast City Hall...seems a good way to see the old year out and celebrate the beguining of 2006. There will be a small gathering of family and friends...then a lunch together and then perhaps a pub crawl later for the hardened celebratees!!
