Ahah! I got it to work. I have this enabled for all members, so it should work for you too.

If you wish to embed a video from youtube, a pic from picasa, whatever. Just copy the code from them and paste it in your post. Then put the opening and closing HTML tags at the begining and end like this: < html > CODE FOR YOUTUBE VIDEO OR WHATEVER < / html > (without those extra spaces between the brackets, btw. I just did that so it would show up in normal text).

Try it and see.
