....I would want to wish all our members, my dearest friends, visitors, and all you guys who share your lives and love with your own or your partners children a superb festive holiday and trust you look forward to 2007 with a sense of cheer and real enthusiasm.

I have had a great year (despite my ex...hi dear! ) and have just had a lovely xmas breakfast with my son and partner after opening our gifts. I look forward to even better days to come and wish good luck and happiness for you all....

Wishing everyone a beautiful season full of love and light. Me and my kids (my foster son gets to be with his grandparents in VA.) are driving (an hour, in rain and falling temps..) to my folks place in Hayesville NC. The Boyfriend is with his brother and family in MS..We'll get to spend New Years with friends in Asheville.
Dispite the craziness (we're still in probate court, fending off my late wife's lover's attempts to get some property that is rightly the kids. and it ain't cheap) and my fundiementalist family, this is a good Christmas.

I hope that everyone here had a happy holiday. The boys are back at their mother's and I happily have the day off to clean up. Just didn't want to waste a minute of time with them, so I made a neat pile in the kitchen that is now calling my name.

I'm thinking of heading on over to the chat time thread to try to drum up interest in post Christmas discussions. Haven't been as active here the last couple of weeks. Long story, and even longer when I tell it, so I'll just say that I'm still here and not planning on leaving.
