Unpacked the Suitcase

Hello all, with my job being in the airline business. I wanted to ask everyone where they are from. I get to travel all over the place, sometimes with anywhere from 12-24 hour layovers. It would be nice to meet up, go out to dinner, and have some great conversations. So speak up everyone and let me know.

My children are all older now, so I'm not a new dad. Anyway, my partner and I live in Sarasota/Bradenton, FL. The closest airports are SRQ then TPA.

Well, here in Central PA, the closest excuse for an Airport we have is Harrisburg. But often we've flown out of BWI, Philly or one of the New York airports...

You've got to take a plane, then a train, then ride on a cattle drive, then a donkey before you get to our town. goodbye

Sure it's an international airport. And we even have transatlantic flights come in - once a week! Roll Eyes Cardiff isn't exactly at the hub of British air travel. Big Grin

Pittsburgh, PA here. Our airport is "International" as well, but I've no idea how often they actually have to open the Customs area. Not very, I would think. Paul

I remember asking Vincent about Belfast International before we flew over to Northern Ireland. He said it was small and 20 minutes outside of Belfast. I asked if it was like Harrisburg when they had landed here. He replied, "Oh no, nothing so fancy." Roll Eyes

I don't suppose you ever fly into Duluth, MN? If you do, I'll make the trip to take you to dinner.
